By using this website or purchasing from Saevā, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our products

Saevā creates and sells textile artworks and limited-edition sari pieces.

We take care to represent our products as accurately as possible. Because our pieces are artworks and deadstock textiles, slight variations in thread, colour, texture, print or finish may occur or be present. 

Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen and device.

We may limit the quantity of products available for purchase and may discontinue products or collections at any time.

Pricing and orders

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or product description errors. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Artwork and intellectual property

All artwork, designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos and other creative material on the Saevā website are owned by or licensed to Saevā unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially use Saevā creative work without our written permission.

Purchasing a Saevā product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or intellectual property.

Website use

You agree not to use this website unlawfully or in a way that could damage, interfere with or compromise the website or its security.

Returns and consumer rights

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Saevā is not responsible for loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website applies from the date it is posted.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
