Saevā is based in Brisbane, Australia, and we ship our pieces from Australia.

Processing

Each Saevā piece is prepared and packed with care. Orders are generally dispatched within 2-5 business days of purchase.

During collection launches, exhibitions or other busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we'll let you know.

Australia

We offer free standard delivery within Australia.  

All domestic orders are sent with tracking. 

International

International shipping is available to selected countries and is calculated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in your Saevā purchase unless otherwise stated.

International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Saevā is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.
